Referrals Storage Room - Framingham
BEFORE GARAGE-GURU MAKE-OVER
This non-profit company had an upstairs storage room that was being used inefficiently. Wanting to turn a second
(larger) storage room into a meeting room was the incentive behind restructuring this smaller storage area. Without
any shelves in place in the room, items just lay on the floor in piles. Finding anything, and then retrieving it,
had become more and more difficult for the company's employees.
AFTER GARAGE-GURU MAKE-OVER
The Garage-Guru
was determined to keep supply costs to a minimum for this charitable organization. Due to the nature of the size of
the items to be stored - irregular and large - it was determined that it was more cost-effective to build stand-alone shelving
than to buy pre-made shelving. Taking into consideration the storage requirements of the organization, the Garage-Guru custom-built a series of wall-units to
handle the client's specific needs. The shelves, although fixed, are easily adjustable for future changes in needs,
and can be dismantled and moved with the client if the client chooses to relocate in the future.
